This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through SWIFTWING LIMITED’s online store (the “Store”) and governs the terms of shipping, delivery, and related fees for global consumers. NOTICE: NO FREE SHIPPING POLICY APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS — shipping fees will be charged for every order, regardless of order value, destination, or product type.​

1. Shipping Eligibility & Coverage​

1.1 Global Shipping Scope: SWIFTWING ships to most countries and regions worldwide, including (but not limited to) the United States, Canada, the European Union (EU) member states, Australia, Japan, and Singapore.​

1.2 Excluded Regions: We do not ship to remote areas (e.g., some island territories, high-altitude regions), conflict zones, or countries/regions subject to international trade sanctions (e.g., as per UN or Hong Kong SAR regulations). 1.3 Address Requirements: You must provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address (including street name, building number, apartment/unit number, and contact phone number). Incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays, returned orders, or additional re-shipping fees (borne by you).​

2. Order Processing Time​

2.1 Orders are processed on Hong Kong business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).​

2.2 Standard processing time: 2–3 business days from the date of order confirmation (after successful payment).​

2.3 Processing delays may occur during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to product inventory adjustments. We will notify you via email if processing exceeds 5 business days.​

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines​

We partner with reputable international carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, Hong Kong Post) to ensure reliable delivery. You may select your preferred shipping method at checkout; delivery timelines vary by destination and method:​

4. Shipping Cost Calculation​

4.1 No Free Shipping: All orders are subject to shipping fees, with no minimum order value to waive fees.​

4.2 Fee Determinants: Shipping costs are calculated based on three factors:​

  • Order weight (total weight of all products in the order, including packaging);​
  • Destination country/region (remote areas may incur additional “remote surcharges”);​
  • Selected shipping method (expedited/express methods cost more than standard shipping).​

4.3 Fee Display: Exact shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout, before you confirm payment.​

4.4 Additional Charges: Shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees (where applicable). These charges are your sole responsibility and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.​

5. Tracking Your Shipment​

5.1 Tracking Number Provision: Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, including a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.​

5.2 Tracking Limitations: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment (due to carrier system delays). If tracking shows no updates after 3 business days, please contact us at [[email protected]].​

5.3 Shipment Changes: After an order is shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address, change the carrier, or upgrade/downgrade the shipping method. Please confirm all shipping details before placing your order.​

6. Delivery Exceptions & Resolution​

6.1 Failed Delivery (No One Available): If the carrier cannot deliver due to no recipient at the address, they will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times (varies by carrier). After failed attempts, the package may be returned to SWIFTWING. You will be responsible for re-shipping fees if you request redelivery.​

6.2 Undeliverable Address: If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to us. We will notify you via email to confirm the correct address; re-shipping fees will be charged before we send the order again.​

6.3 Customs-Related Delays: If your order is held by customs (e.g., for document verification or duty payment), the carrier will contact you directly. SWIFTWING is not liable for delays caused by customs processing or your failure to respond to customs requests.​

6.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments: Report lost (no delivery after 30 days of shipping) or damaged (products/packaging broken on arrival) shipments to [[email protected]] within 48 hours of delivery (for damages) or 30 days of shipping (for losses). Include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the package/damaged products for verification. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue (e.g., arrange a replacement or refund) within 5–7 business days of receiving your report.​
