Account & Registration​

  1. How do I create an account?

Go to the Store homepage, click “Sign Up” (top right), and enter your name, email address, and a secure password. Verify your email via the confirmation link we send, then your account will be active.​

  1. What if I forget my account password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page, enter your registered email. We’ll send a password reset link (valid for 24 hours) — follow it to set a new password.​

Orders & Payments​

  1. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified (e.g., change size/color) or canceled only if we haven’t processed it (within 2 hours of payment). Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number — once processed, changes/cancellations are not allowed.​

  1. Which payment methods do you accept?

We support credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed via secure third-party platforms — we never store your full payment card details.​

  1. Are prices shown in my local currency?

Default currency is USD, but you can select your local currency (e.g., EUR, GBP) at checkout. Note: Final charges may include minor currency conversion fees from your payment provider.​

Shipping & Delivery​

  1. How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are processed in 2–3 Hong Kong business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). After shipping, delivery takes 3–14 business days (varies by method: Express = 1–3 days, Standard = 7–14 days).​

  1. Is there free shipping?

No — we have no free shipping policy. Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method, and displayed at checkout before payment.​

  1. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. Enter the number on the carrier’s website to check delivery status (updates may take 24–48 hours).​

Returns & Refunds​

  1. What’s the return window for products?

You can initiate returns within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided products are unworn, with original tags and packaging (see full Returns Policy for details).​

  1. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, if the return is for non-quality reasons (e.g., wrong size, change of mind). Only if the item is defective or incorrect (sent by us) will we cover return shipping fees.​

  1. How long does it take to get a refund?

After we receive and inspect your return (3 business days), refunds are initiated within 2 days. They take 3–7 business days to reach your original payment method (varies by bank).​

Privacy & Security​

  1. Will you share my personal information with third parties?

No — we never sell or rent your info. We only share data with trusted third parties (e.g., payment processors, carriers) to fulfill orders, or with legal authorities if required by law.​

  1. Is my browsing and payment data secure?

Yes — we use HTTPS encryption for all interactions, and restrict access to your data to authorized team members only. Payment details are processed securely by third-party providers (not stored by us).​
