These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SWIFTWING LIMITED’s (“SWIFTWING”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) online store (the “Store”) and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). 2.2 SWIFTWING specializes in footwear (sandals, flat shoes, casual high heels) for daily, beach, and vacation use. Product specifications (e.g., material, size) are provided on individual product pages; please review these before purchasing.​

2.3 Stock availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if a product is out of stock or listed with an incorrect price.​

3. Order Placement & Confirmation​

3.1 When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase products from SWIFTWING. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer at our discretion.​

3.2 An order is considered confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation email (to the address provided) with order details and a tracking number (if applicable).​

3.3 For international orders (serving global consumers), you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. SWIFTWING has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.​

4. Payment Terms​

4.1 All payments must be made through the Store’s designated payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal). We do not store your payment details; all transactions are processed through secure, third-party payment processors.​

4.2 Prices displayed on the Store are in the currency specified at checkout (default: USD) and do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes (unless stated otherwise).​

4.3 We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is declined or we suspect fraudulent activity.​

5. Shipping & Delivery​

5.1 SWIFTWING ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping times and fees vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.​

5.2 We aim to ship orders within 2–3 business days of confirmation, but delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.​

6. Returns & Refunds​

6.1 You may return unused, unworn products (with original tags and packaging) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or exchange.​

6.2 To initiate a return:​

  • Wait for our confirmation and return shipping instructions.​
  • Ship the product back at your own cost (we cover return shipping only if the item is defective or incorrectly sent).​

6.3 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned product. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.​

6.4 Defective or incorrectly shipped products will be replaced free of charge or refunded in full (including shipping fees).​
